Shipping
We ship to US addresses, including PO boxes and APO/FPO. Paid orders placed by 2pm Eastern on a business day ship the same day; everything else ships the next business day. You get a tracking number by email when it ships.
Returns
New cubes: Free returns within 30 days on new cubes that are unused and in their original packaging. Message us with your order number and we'll email a prepaid return label. You get a full refund, shipping included.
Used cubes: Used cubes can come back within 14 days if they don't match their grade. We pay return shipping and refund you in full.
Damaged or defective: if anything arrives broken, tell us within 14 days with a photo. We send a replacement and a free return label.
Refunds go back to your original payment method within three business days of the return reaching us.
Setup guarantee
Any cube that's been through our bench, whether it's a repair, a lube job or a used cube, is covered for 30 days. If it pops, locks up or loses its setup in normal use, book a repair and choose "Setup guarantee claim". We fix it and ship it back free.
The guarantee doesn't cover drops, cracks, or cubes someone else has opened since.
Used grading
We grade the plastic and the finish. Every used cube we list has been taken apart, cleaned, relubed and set up, so all of them turn well, whatever the grade.
Payment and credit
After you place your order, we email you a secure Stripe payment link within one business day. Your order ships once it's paid. Stripe takes Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our server.
Store credit comes as a code by email. Enter it at checkout and it comes off your total. Credit doesn't expire, and anything left over stays on the code for next time.
An unpaid order holds its cubes for 3 business days. After that, any used cubes in it go back on the shelf and any store credit goes back on its code.
Common questions
What's the difference between flagship and budget?
Flagships are each brand's best: lighter, more adjustable, usually MagLev (magnets instead of springs) and UV coated. Budget cubes cost $6.95 to $18.95 instead of $49.95 to $84.95, and they're still magnetic and fast. If you average over 20 seconds, a budget cube isn't what's holding you back.
What does MagLev mean?
The cube's layers are held by repelling magnets instead of metal springs. It turns more smoothly and quietly, without the springy bounce you get when you turn fast.
What's a ball-core?
A core with magnets in it that pull the corners toward the center. It makes the cube feel more stable and helps layers settle into place.
Are your cubes genuine?
Yes. Every new cube is a genuine branded cube, never a knockoff, and we don't take clones as trade-ins.
Do you sell lube or accessories?
Not right now. We use our lubes on the bench, and you can get any cube relubed for $8.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, until it ships. Send a message with your order number as soon as you can.
