Privacy
Short version: we keep what we need to ship your order, fix your cube or answer your message, and nothing else.
What we collect
When you order, book a repair, lock in a trade-in quote or message us, we keep your name and email, plus your shipping address and (if you give it) phone number for orders, and your PayPal or Venmo for cash trade-ins. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
Your cart is saved in your own browser, not on our server, until you place an order.
What we use it for
- Shipping orders and sending tracking.
- Emailing shipping labels, repair quotes, payment links and store credit codes.
- Replying to your messages.
We don't send marketing email, and we don't sell or share your information with anyone except the services needed to do the above: Stripe for payments, USPS for shipping, and PayPal or Venmo for cash trade-ins.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn't use tracking cookies, ad pixels or third-party analytics. Fonts load from Google Fonts.
Deleting your data
Ask through the contact page and we'll delete your records, except what we must keep for tax purposes on completed orders.
