Services and prices
Prices are per cube. The label to send your cube to us is free; return shipping is $4.99 per box, however many cubes are in it. Parts for 6x6 and bigger, and for discontinued models, are quoted before we order them.

How mail-in repairs work
Most cubes are back with you about two weeks after you book: a few days in the mail each way, plus up to 3 business days on the bench.

Tell us the cube and what it's doing. It takes a minute.
- Get your label
We email a free USPS label within one business day. Pack the cube in a small box, not a padded envelope.
- We take a look
When it arrives we confirm the fix. If it needs more than you booked, we email you the price and wait for your OK.
- Back to you
Fixed, set up and tested within 3 business days of it reaching us. We email a payment link for the repair and return shipping, and it ships the day you pay.
Repair questions
Do you work on every brand?
Yes. GAN, MoYu, QiYi, X-Man, YJ, DaYan, Rubik's brand and the rest, from 2x2 up to megaminx. For 6x6 and bigger, and for discontinued models, we check parts are available before you send it.
Which lube do you use?
A silicone lube on the pieces for speed and a thicker one on the core for control. Tell us in the notes if you like your cube faster, slower or more controlled and we'll set it up that way.
What if it can't be fixed?
We tell you before doing any work, charge nothing for the repair, and ship it back for the $4.99 return shipping. You can also trade it in at the "Broken" price instead.
Can I send more than one cube?
Yes. Book each cube so we know what to do with it, then pack them in one box. You only pay return shipping once.
