It's held for 14 days. Quotes of $10 or more get a free prepaid label by email; for smaller ones, mail it yourself or put it in the box with a bigger trade.
- Mail it in
Send the cube with any extras it came with: box, tools, spare springs or magnets.
- We check it
If it matches the condition you picked, the quote stands. If it doesn't, we email a new offer and you choose: accept it, or we send the cube back free.

Store credit comes as a code by email the day we check your cube; enter it at checkout. Cash goes to your PayPal or Venmo within two business days.
How we judge condition
Like new 100% of full value
No scratches, no fading, turns like it did out of the box. Box and accessories help, but aren't needed.
Good 75% of full value
Light scuffs or a little fading from normal use. Every piece is there and it turns without popping.
Worn 50% of full value
Clearly used: faded or chipped finish, gritty feel, maybe a loose magnet. Still solves and doesn't pop.
Broken 25% of full value
Pops, locks up, has a cracked or missing piece, or won't hold together. We'll fix it and resell it.
Cash offers are 70% of the credit value. We don't take trade-ins worth less than $2, counterfeit "clone" cubes, or puzzles with a cracked core.
